Dame Leadership Grows Its Team
CAMP HILL, Pa – Dame Leadership is pleased to announce the addition of three new team members: Dave Cain as Leadership Consultant, Ashley Groft as Operations Manager, and Morgan Julius as Administrative Assistant.

Dave Cain, Leadership Consultant
Dave Cain joins Dame Leadership as a Leadership Consultant with more than 20 years of coaching and consulting experience, supported by a 26‑year corporate leadership career and six years of service in the U.S. Navy. An ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Dave has worked with leaders and organizations across the U.S. and internationally, including major energy companies such as Chevron, BP, ConocoPhillips, and Citgo. At Dame Leadership, he will partner with leaders to strengthen self‑awareness, trust, communication, and team performance through practical, results‑driven coaching.
Ashley Groft, Operations Manager
Ashley Groft serves as Operations Manager at Dame Leadership, bringing a strong foundation in leadership, service, and organizational management. An Army veteran, Ashley combines military, nonprofit, and operational experience to support the firm’s day‑to‑day operations. She will play a key role in strengthening internal processes and supporting both consultants and clients.
Morgan Julius, Administrative Assistant
Morgan Julius joins Dame Leadership as Administrative Assistant, bringing strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a high level of follow‑through to the team. With a background in the hospitality industry, Morgan coordinated events in fast‑paced hotel environments, serving as a trusted point of contact for clients and managing multiple priorities with care and attention to detail. Her experience sharpened her ability to anticipate needs, stay organized under pressure, and support seamless team operations. At Dame Leadership, she provides essential administrative and coordination support, helping create an efficient and connected working environment.
