CAMP HILL, Pa. — Dame Leadership announced a new chapter for the Evolution Conference during Evolution26 on September 29, sharing that The High Center will assume leadership of the annual event beginning in 2027.
The announcement was made by Dame Leadership Founder John Dame and President & CEO Ed Dame alongside Michael Mitchell, Executive Director of The High Center, during Evolution26 at the Penn Harris Hotel & Conference Center in Camp Hill. The announcement followed recognition of The High Center as a longtime partner and presenting sponsor of Evolution.
For 12 years, Evolution has brought hundreds of leaders from across the region together for a day of learning, connection, reflection, and growth. What began as an idea to create a different kind of leadership experience has grown into a signature gathering for the regional business community, bringing leaders together to hear from nationally recognized speakers, challenge their thinking, strengthen relationships, and return to their organizations better equipped to lead.
