Ashley Groft serves as Operations Manager at Dame Leadership, bringing a strong foundation in leadership, service, and organizational excellence. She previously served nine years in the United States Army, including six years on active duty and three years in the reserves, as a Cryptologic Linguist specializing in Iraqi Arabic. During her military career, Ashley became a subject matter expert on the Middle East—particularly Iraq—supporting high‑impact intelligence and operational missions that required precision, discretion, and collaboration.
Following her transition from active duty, Ashley earned a degree in International Affairs from Texas A&M University in 2025 while working as a Volunteer Coordinator with Habitat for Humanity. In that role, she led volunteer engagement efforts, coordinated large‑scale projects, and supported community‑driven initiatives, further strengthening her passion for service‑oriented leadership. She returned to Pennsylvania at the end of 2025 and joined Dame Leadership in April 2026.
In her role, Ashley supports the operational systems that enable consultants and clients to focus on meaningful leadership work. Her diverse experiences across military, nonprofit, and organizational settings shape her belief that leadership is a continuous learning journey—one that offers limitless opportunities for growth, impact, and service to others.
