Harrisburg, Pa. (August 2, 2021) – John Dame, founder of Dame Leadership, Vistage Chair, and author, announces the participants of his competitive leadership development program, 10 New Leaders Project, in conjunction with his 2021 Evolution Leadership Conference.
The 10 New Leaders Project, a pay-it-forward initiative in this year’s Evolution Series, gives ten high-potential, emerging or advancing leaders the opportunity to receive more than $10,000 in leadership development programming, as well as access to the Evolution Conference this October that will be focused around culture and the theme of “Making Money. Doing Good.”
The 10 New Leaders Project is a highly competitive process where participants must submit an application and corresponding essay. Applicants are judged in a blind selection based on their essay and contributions to their teams or community.

“I am excited to announce the participants of this year’s 10 New Leaders Project,” said Ed Dame, President of Dame Leadership. “Each year we have the privilege of working with great leaders in Central Pennsylvania and these ten participants are fine examples of what it means to be excellent leaders in the business market today.”
Each new leader will receive complimentary attendance at the Evolution Leadership Conference; a 45-minute VIP training session from the speakers; executive coaching from an executive coach; a 90-day membership in a peer Group; and a meet and greet happy hour with peers.
Again this year, the cohort will participate in the “Your Leadership MVP” program developed and facilitated by Dale Fallon, owner of The Communication Gym. In this program the participants will work on developing and communicating their Motivation, Vision, and Philosophy.
