In this role, Chris is responsible for maintaining the effectiveness of day-to-day operations while ensuring a well-laid-out path ahead. A graduate of Millersville University with a degree in Public Relations Communications, Chris is passionate about Problem-solving, affecting organizational success, and enhancing the team and customer experience.

Before joining Dame, Chris worked at a multi-national communication company, operating in the HR, payroll, and people leadership space.

Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and young son, golfing, barbequing, and being around as much football as possible.
