Harrisburg, PA (June 1, 2021) — Today, Dame Leadership announces the addition of Joseph Robinson, Jr. as a strategic consultant. Joe joins the team bringing his expertise in Coaching and Leadership Development which will continue to add value to the company’s expanding number of management consulting clients.
Dame Leadership has long been known for its insightful evaluation, strategic planning, and measurable results. Expanding on this track record of success, the company’s current focus has shifted to the role of purpose in the business environment, the new challenge of transitioning to a millennial-based workforce, and growing leadership teams within their clients’ companies.

Joe Robinson most recently served as Executive Director of the South Central Pennsylvania Sickle Cell Council, responsible for raising public awareness and resources for those affected by the disease. He also serves the community as President of the Martin Luther King Jr. Leadership Development Institute, a local think tank and developer of community leaders training in the tenets of Dr. King. “My personal mission is to develop effective leaders with a zeal for service,” says Robinson. “I’m elated to join Dame Leadership, widely regarded for decades of helping leaders achieve desired results.”
In his book, 7 Leadership Imperatives from a Wild Man, (Judson Press, 2008) he shares a leadership model he developed through years of experience. Over 3,000 people have been trained and developed using this model.
Additionally, Joe serves on the boards of the Harrisburg Public Schools Foundation, NAACP Executive Committee, and New Birth of Freedom Boy Scout Council.
