Carmen Swanger

Driver Payroll Supervisor, NAPA Transportation, Inc.

I joined NAPA Transportation in 2018 through the acquisition of Victory Leasing. It was my first job outside of the fast-food industry, and since then, I’ve gained invaluable experience—not only in the transportation business, but also in working within a professional office environment. Over the years, I’ve grown tremendously, both personally and professionally, and I’m proud of the progress I’ve made to reach my current role.

Through this journey, I’ve discovered a true passion for training and supporting others in their success. I find great fulfillment in helping people develop their skills and confidence.

I hold a Frontline Leadership Certification as well as a certification in the Six Thinking Hats methodology. Both have provided me with valuable tools for leading effectively and navigating creative conflict resolution.

I’m excited to join this program with the goal of becoming a stronger mentor and an even greater asset to the NAPA team.
