Launched over seven years ago, this free program embodies our core mission of empowering the next generation to become exceptional leaders. People don’t quit jobs, they quit bad leaders. Through the Leadership Evolution Project, we seek to put more great leaders into the world who are aligned with their purpose and hungry improve. The participants in the program will receive several vital resources:

  • Build your power circle: Connect with a supportive group of future leaders.
  • Launch your network: Connect with your future peer group and network with past participants at a meet-and-greet event.
  • Master leadership: Gain valuable skills and experience through membership of an Executive Peer Group

  • 8/18/26 – First Peer Group Meeting at Dame Leadership Training Center
  • 9/8/26 – Second Peer Group Meeting at Dame Leadership Training Center
  • 9/29/26 – Evolution Leadership Conference at Penn Harris Hotel and Conference Center in Camp Hill, PA
  • Two coaching sessions will be scheduled with your coach at a time that works for both calendars

Each applicant must complete the Leadership Evolution Project essay question: “How would your participation in this program help you achieve a purpose?” Scoring is rated on a scale of 1 to 10 with two criteria:

  • Leadership potential: Based on the quality of the essay, how well did the candidate articulate their purpose?
  • Contribution: Based on the quality of the essay, would he or she benefit from the program, contribute to the group, and pay it forward?

We believe supervisor awareness is important for a successful participation in the Leadership Evolution Project. As part of your application essay, please provide your current manager’s name, title, email address, and phone number, and confirm that your manager is aware of your application and that Dame Leadership may contact them.
