But what makes Adam’s story truly unique is his transformational health journey from self-described out of shape, middle-aged executive and father of four to ultra endurance athlete. He’s completed some of the world’s hardest endurance races and his inspirational story has been featured in ESPN, Men’s Health, USA Today and other media outlets. Adam understands the unique challenges and pressure business leaders, sales professionals and top performers face, because he’s been in their shoes. He’s spent over two decades building large businesses, developed the mindset to push physically and mentally through extreme endurance challenges and knows how to help others achieve transformational and sustained personal and professional growth. With a passion for helping others unlock their greatest potential, Adam founded Other Side of Limits, an executive performance coaching and business consulting group, working with CEOs, business leaders and growing organizations to reimagine the boundaries of what’s possible and find the other side of their own perceived limits. Adam resides outside of Boston, Massachusetts with his wife and four children.
