As a freshman in college, Jacob Green interrupted a robbery and sustained a traumatic brain injury that required him to drop out of school and complete nearly three years of full-time rehabilitation. During this journey, Jacob learned that the lessons in “brain school” could help him and others navigate and overcome the challenges faced in the workplace. Ultimately, Jacob worked his way up from an entry-level position to an executive seat, helping oversee 1200 employees and half-billion-dollar municipal budget. Program participants will have a unique opportunity to hear Jacob’s story and integrate the applicable business lessons for personal and professional fulfillment.

About the Speaker
Jacob Green is a nationally recognized leadership and organizational development expert. After 18 years in local government executive positions, Jacob transitioned to the private sector where he served as Managing Director of Organizational & Leadership Development and Vice-President of Innovation for a national government consulting firm.
Now serving as President and CEO of Jacob Green and Associates, clients such as Mattel, Fedex, Hyundai Capital, Navy Federal, the United States Air Force and many other public and private sector clients have brought Jacob in to help their teams leverage adversity and build organizational resilience.
He has received numerous awards for his work, including being a recipient of the National Caring Award in Washington, DC alongside Dr. Jane Goodall, is the youngest recipient of the Gene Lentzner Humanitarian Award, and received an honorary doctorate from Western University Medical School.
