
Jim’s mission is to leverage his extensive experiences and skills to help individuals and organizations achieve success. Services include strategic planning, leadership development, coaching, facilitation, assessments, and other offerings customized to client’s needs.
With over 20+ years of experience leading teams and businesses, Jim has gained invaluable expertise in organizations of diverse sizes and types. Examples include small/medium businesses to larger public/private organizations in the USA and globally. His expertise spans construction, manufacturing, consumer products, education, nonprofits, healthcare, professional services, and other industries.
Growing up in a family business created a valuable entrepreneurial mindset. Jim gained global experience with Berkshire Hathaway divisions living in USA and internationally. In his most recent position, Jim managed a business with a team of 250+ associates distributed across the U.S. and three manufacturing sites.
Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in guiding all facets of an organization. This includes the development and execution of business strategy, sales and marketing, P&L fiscal management, budgeting, forecasting, customer service, operations, capital projects, and additional key functions. This also includes experience in mergers and acquisitions.
In his free time, Jim enjoys family time, outdoor activities, exercise, and traveling.
