Dame Leadership (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect through https://www.dameleadership.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The short version
- We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through our contact forms.
Information we collect
Contact forms. When you submit a form on our site (for example, to request information about our services), we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and message, plus any file you choose to attach. Submissions are stored securely in our website database and emailed to our team so we can respond to you.
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Kinsta) automatically records standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — for security monitoring and site operations. These logs are not used to profile visitors and are retained only as long as needed for those purposes.
Spam protection. Form submissions are screened by CleanTalk, an anti-spam service, which processes the submission content and the sender’s IP address solely to detect spam. See CleanTalk’s privacy policy at https://cleantalk.org/publicoffer.
Cookies. This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies (such as those used for spam protection or, for site administrators, login sessions) may be set.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us only to respond to your inquiry and provide our services. We may send transactional email through Mailgun, our email delivery provider.
Embedded content
Pages may occasionally include embedded content from other websites (for example, videos). Embedded content behaves as if you visited the other website directly, and those sites may collect data about you according to their own privacy policies.
Your rights (including California residents)
We do not sell or “share” (as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act) personal information, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months. You may request that we:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information

Data retention
Form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain our business records, after which they are deleted.
