Dame Leadership Academy
Our program is designed for high-performers and individuals who are providing leadership and management of others in a work or volunteer environment.
Our program offers focused instruction and facilitation on key topics to help build leader awareness, practical knowledge, and perspective through discussion and application in a group setting. We currently have 20 topics, but continue to add to this list to serve the needs of individual and organization development initiatives.
Our program consists of a structured cadence of sessions, typically monthly, with a comprehensive organization of high-quality materials and resources, as well as peer group interactions. We also offer optional one-to-one coaching options for those who may benefit from more personalized instruction. This program can be presented in-person or virtually.
Our content is presented in one of three formats:
- Two-hour sessions – flexible scheduling
- Half-day sessions – morning or afternoon schedule including 3-4 hours of topic/content presentation
- Full-day sessions – 7-8 hours of topic/content presentation

Dame Leadership Academy is intended to be structured as multiple learning sessions over the course of a year or more. We also focus on a identifying an appropriate and realistic cadence for scheduling training so that the frequency and duration of training sessions meet your needs.
